Inside The Frame studio aims to provide a space where people can connect, gather, and celebrate. The multi-function space is perfect for big and small gatherings, intimate weddings, corporate events, cocktail parties, birthdays, holiday celebrations and much, much more.

What is the capacity of Inside The Frame studio?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests.

What is the rental fee for a wedding?
Our rental fee for an afternoon wedding rental starts at $800.00.   Fee includes event setup time. Please call for more details.  We would love to help make your special day beautiful and affordable.

What is the rental fee for other types of events at Inside The Frame studio?
Our rental rates vary based number of hours and the time of year. Please send us an email detailing the nature of your event, estimated attendance, and timing and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I book a date?
A 50% deposit of the rental fee is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept Paypal, cash, and all major credit cards for your convenience. The remaining balance is due and payable before the reserved time begins. A credit card authorization must be signed and will be held to cover any and all additional charges such as cleaning fees, broken or damaged equipment, overtime, etc.

What is your cancellation policy?
Inside The Frame will fully refund your deposit if written notice is given two weeks prior to the reservation date.

Am I responsible for clean up?
Yes. We have a cleanup checklist for your crew, or you can leave the cleanup to us for $250.

Do I need to provide my own insurance?
We require you to provide a certificate of insurance for $1M which covers general liability, fire and theft for rental property as well as your vendors. Your caterer may be able to add your vendors as additional insured to their policy. Your policy should include Host Liquor Liability if you are serving alcohol. We recommend wedsafe.com or privateeventinsurance.com. Please have a copy of the policy sent directly to Inside The Frame studio.

Is there space to prepare food?
Depending on the size of your event, Inside The Frame studio has a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Caterers may opt to bring in additional cooking equipment which can be set up in the back room.

Does the building have heat and A/C?

Do you have an outdoor space?
Yes, there is a private alley next to the building that has a lot of vintage character, texture and patina.

Is smoking allowed?
There is absolutely no smoking allowed on site.

Are candles allowed?
Yes, however all candles must be contained in votives. Open flames are not allowed anywhere in the building.

Where do my guests park?
Free street parking is available. Local car service companies are also available for hire. Please inquire for more information.
